Remidio - Customer Service Role (2-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Train Customers about Device Installations, Operations and Resolve user queries
- Act as Customer liaison and service point of contact
- Initiates investigation of customer complaints and resolve
- Records & monitors service effectiveness periodically
- Liaisons with Head of Services and Production team for root cause analysis and resolution
Educational Qualification: BE/Btech (Mechanical / Electronics) / Biomedical Engineer
Experience: 1 - 3 yrs
