KRAs

- Identify client's needs and expectations while responding efficiently and professionally


- Assist and update clients with all relevant progress of negotiations and deal


- Ensure complete closure of deal with rigorous follow up


- Offer customized portfolio solution available for sale to clients and arrange visits


- Maximize revenue generation by achieving pre set weekly and monthly targets


- Build an accurate and effective database on status of deal 


- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.


- Keeping up to date with products and competition
 
Key points are : 

1. lead Management


2. Lead Follow Up


3. Lead closure 


4. Revenue generation from the assigned leads through selling all the available Product mix


5. Candidate must have at least 6 months of experience of sales in Real Estate sector.


6. Candidate should have own two wheeler.
