Religare - AVP/Senior Manager - Sales - Travel Insurance Sector (3-5 yrs)
Aim of Position To Manage overall Travel Business (IRCTC, Bus & Air ticketing)
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquisition of new Retail and Corporate channel partners / clients
- Explore new business opportunities, identify prospects & pursue leads / proposals and on-board channel partners
- Maintain relationship with existing channel partners and initiate engagement activities
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures, Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Reports / Work Reports MIS to HOD
- Delegating tasks and set deadlines for internal team
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Analyzing training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
Key Result Area :
- Meeting Annual Operating Plan
- Acquisition and development of Channel partners and corporate tie-ups
- Hiring competitive team as per business requirement
- Development / enhancement of service platform and service delivery
Qualifications / Experience :
- Minimum Graduate, preferable MBA marketing
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience in the travel industry
- 1-year supervisory experience will be preferred
- Knowledge of travel management processes
- The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with Channel Partner
- Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- A basic understanding of Geography
- Strong computer skills
