Religare - AVP/Senior Manager - Sales - NPS (5-10 yrs)
Aim of Position To Manage overall NPS Business
Key Responsibilities :
- Continuously meet / exceed agreed business targets
- Explore new business opportunities, identify prospects & pursue leads / proposals and on-board clients
- Responsible for overall operations and services and continuous assess / monitor performance of operations
- Development and deployment of system and software for NPS business
- Complete compliance to all existing regulatory norms and any new compliance and submit periodic reports to management
- Handle Audits (Internal, External and Regulatory)
- On boarding of Corporate clients
- Proper and timely billing and collection thereof
- Ensure proper warehousing of records / documents
- Maintain relationship with clients
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures, Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Reports/Work Reports MIS to HOD
Key Result Area :
- Meeting Annual Operating Plan
- Acquisition and development of Channel partners
- Hiring competitive team as per business requirement
- Development of service platform and service delivery
Qualifications / Experience :
- Post Graduate in Commerce. Preferable relevant experience in similar role
- 5 years or more
