Religare - AVP/Senior Manager - Sales - Insurance Sector (3-5 yrs)
Aim of Position Product and Business Development - Insurance
Key Responsibilities :
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Setting clear team goals
- Delegating tasks and set deadlines for internal team
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Analyzing training needs and provide coaching
- Suggest and organize team building activities
- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
Key Result Area - Meeting Annual Operating Plan
- Hiring competitive team as per business requirement
- Adherence to TATs and Targets of service delivery
Qualifications / Experience :
- Prior experience in Insurance POS/Franchisee acquisition
- Channel marketing of insurance
- Has led call center of at least 5 members selling insurance
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
- Minimum Graduate, preferable MBA marketing
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience
