Designation: Sales / Business Development - Executive
Job Description:
- Gaining a clear understanding of company's productions, solutions & services.
- Gathering market and customer information.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Representing company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Feeding future buying trends back to company.
- Manage - Sales CRM.
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5-8 Years of Experience as Front End Sales.
- Domain Experience in any of the following: Big Data, Core Banking Solution & Mobility Solutions.
- Geography Covered - India, Asia & Europe.
- Good Understanding in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Self-Starter. Ability to work in a bootcamp stage
- Graduate in Engineering. Additional Qualification in Business or Management is welcome.
- Job involves extensive travelling.
