Role & responsibilities :
- Marketing Strategy : Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive Top of Mind recall and focus on enhancing brand awareness.
- Campaign Execution : Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of campaign performance.
- Competition : Analyse competition identify trends, look at opportunities, and challenges in the overall category.
- Content Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and relevant marketing materials, including social media content, videos and static posts, and promotional materials.
- Analytics and Reporting : Analyse marketing data to evaluate the success of campaigns, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Brand Management : Contribute to building and maintaining the brand image through consistent messaging and innovative marketing initiatives.
- Develop accurate project priorities, schedules, and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Develop compelling, relevant strategic input docs and creative briefs for creative development
Preferred candidate profile :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product marketing and product launches
- Masters in marketing.
- Strong passion for technology and a deep understanding of the retail market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
