Urban Jio Point Manager
1. End to end responsibility of Urban Jio Point (UJP) operations and customer life cycle management, including :
a. Acquire and connect customer premises as per target
b. Home care as per SLA
c. Acquire building permission as per target
d. Ensure correct information about homes and buildings for the respective UJP
Key responsibilities :
a. P&L ownership of the UJP business
b. Ensuring enough Technicians are identified, sourced, onboarded and trained in UJP to cater to business volume
c. Liaison with Home Connect Master Supervisor to monitor quality of home connectivity
d. Devise strategies to deliver superior customer experience during lead generation, home installation and service care
e. Setting-up sales desks/experience zones, conducting road shows, demo centres and events with Sales Officers to increase product awareness and promote "Jio GigaFiber" brand
f. Ensuring Sales Officers are well-trained and equipped with right framework to generate enough leads to achieve targets
