1. Identifying and evaluating potential partners in the target geographies in the JC
2. Securing partnership agreement with partners with the right profiles
3. On-boarding the partners following laid out process guidelines and securing all necessary approvals
4. Organizing training for the partners in all required areas
5. Ensuring partners bring on board requisite manpower as agreed
6. Co-ordinating with Network Planning and Construction to ensure speedy roll out of fiber in the partner's area
7. Plan and execute proper and effective launch in all partner markets
8. Ensuring rapid acquisition and base build-up in the partner markets
9. Ensuring installation and field service provided by partner as per Jio standards
10. Resolving all disputes with speed and fairness
