Job Description : Customer on-boarding (VKYC)
Duties and responsibilities :
- Verification of KYC documentation for CASA on-boarding including individual and corporate clients (Sole proprietor, Partnership, Private and public limited, Trust, Co-op society etc)
- Video call to customers for completing KYC process to open Saving account
- Verify the details submitted by the customer while opening the account and Documents submitted are matching
- Ensure VKYC is completed by the Right Party only
- Should maintain a good relationship with the customer throughout the VKYC process.
- Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
- Ensure customer - delight- and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues during VKYC process.
- Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
- Act on the feedback given by Team Leader/Team Coach or Quality or on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for improving performance
- Ensure that service requests which are related to on-boarding and profile modifications are processed within TAT
- Reporting of JPB customer data with Ckyc (CERSAI) as per regulatory requirement
- Reconciliation of JPB customer data reporting to Ckyc (CERSAI)
- UAT testing for Saving and current account ops flows
- Publishing of various internal MIS
- Follow-ups with internal stakeholders for customer on-boarding issues.
