Position Branch Sales Manager - Mortgages

Reporting to Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager

JOB PURPOSE :

To achieve the approved business target via Sales within the defined framework and processes from customers/dealers mapped in and around the Branch where the position is based. To ensure all the pre and post sales support and services to the customers and to make sure there is a consistent growth in the business every quarter maintaining the product portfolio

Specific Responsibilities :

Sales :

- Accountable for achieving Sales targets for the product LAP on a month on month basis, delivery of volumes, IRR, Fee through direct efforts or through assigned relationships & Channel Partners like DSA, DST- s(off-roll resources).

- Setting up targets for DST's on daily / monthly / Quarterly basis.

- Preparing action plan for achieving monthly/Quarterly sales target.

- Handle Channel Partners Effectively & Managing DSAs for achieving the periodic sales targets.

- Creating New DSA's and generating additional business through them.

- Lead Generation through DSA.

- Scheduling daily follow-up with the client as per plan.

- Processing the sourced application by thoroughly checking the submitted documents & resolving the discrepancies raised by credit.

- Cross selling activity viz. Getting Insurance Business for RGIC and RLIC . (Insurance on Loan against property Loans), Getting Insurance Business for RGIC and RLIC. (Insurance on LAP).

- End to End closure of case right from Log-in to Disbursement.

- Closure of PDD's post disbursement

Market Research :

- To gather market intelligence, create database, identify and prospect new customers and sources of business in the market.

- To keep the track of competitors.

- Generate details about Top DSA's who contribute maximum business to the competition and empanelling that DSA with us for future business.

Customer Relationship:

- Maintaining contact with critical clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions in order to develop customer relations.

- To ensure service standards are met for customer satisfaction.

- Building relationship with new and existing DSA, Builders and CAs.

- Following with the customer for the pre disbursal documents & assisting the customer in disbursing the case.

Team Management :

- Leading & developing the team of Sales Executives to ensure Customer Satisfaction and Business growth.

- Imparting continuous on job training to the workforce for enhancing their productivity & operational efficiencies through knowledge enhancement / skill building.

- Handling Branches/Geography assigned and training executives for better performance.

- Responsible for coordinating, motivating and guiding the DST's for achievement of goals.

MIS :

- Maintaining reports for facilitating decision making by the management.

- Maintaining track of file processes from - login to sanction - and from - sanction to disbursement.

- Analysis of file process from - login to sanction- and from - sanction to disbursement.

- Tracking leads forwarded from the call center & submitting the reports for the same on daily basis.
