Position Purpose: To Achieve target for Loan Against Property Business
Position Branch Sales Manager - Loan Against property
Location NA
Reporting to ASM
Span of Control (Geog & Nos of Reportees )
Specific Responsibilities
- Accountable for achieving Sales targets for a city / location through Direct efforts or through assigned relationships (Off rolls resources).
- Market the assigned products and grow the business through existing and new relationships.
- Development of channels for provision of the highest level of service
- Achieve the sales budgets set for a channel or group of channels
- Build and manage direct and indirect sourcing channels, Alternate channels, Tele-Sales to achieve the required channel and product mix
- Grow the existing channels and develop alternate sourcing channels, Tele-Sales channels and referral channel to meet the current and future business projections

APPLICANT PROFILE :
Technical Competencies /Skills :
- Experience in managing channels and FOS, geographical experience would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Loan Against Property business is mandatory. Exception only for very deserving candidate
- Good communication and negotiation skills with an ability to influence and drive outcomes
- Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit
