Relationship Sales Manager - Real Estate (3-6 yrs)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Location : Bangalore and Chennai
Experience : 3 to 5 yrs
Salary upto: 6 L
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- Onboard new developers and maintain relationships with existing developers.
- Collaborate with superiors, developers, and team members to achieve outstanding results.
Business Planning & Sales:
- Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies.
- Provide market intelligence updates to the management.
- Take ownership of staying updated with the latest real estate regulations and market trends.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue goals.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and provide ongoing training to relationship managers and senior relationship managers.
- Maintain decorum and a healthy work environment within the team.
Sales Operations:
- Handle daily operations including the use of company CRM tools.
- Assign sales territories and create sales plans.
- Identify training needs and provide necessary training to the sales team.
- Compile and analyze sales figures and collect customer feedback and market research.
Client Interaction:
- Convert prospects into customers by showcasing appropriate properties.
- Use leads generated by the marketing team and generate self-leads to convert them into customers.
- Conduct site visits with prospects and address their queries in coordination with developers.
Market Intelligence:
- Provide insights for marketing initiatives.
- Ensure client satisfaction at all touchpoints and provide after-sales services, including assistance with home loans.
Experience:
- Proven experience in real estate sales and management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in onboarding developers and maintaining strong relationships with them.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new situations and challenges.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales operations management.
