Experience: 3 to 6 months in any field

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Salary: Rs. 15,000/-toRS-18,000/- + Attractive Incentives structure(Package negotiable for relevant experienced Candidates)

Languages: Proficiency in two languages required

Employment: Full-time (Office + On-site)

Office Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

Fixed Off: Tuesday Off / Sunday working

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Relationship Officer with 3 to 6 months of experience in any sector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for real estate. The Relationship Officer will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our real estate properties to potential clients

Responsibilities :

- Communicate with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

- Showcase and present available properties to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties, pricing, and market trends.

- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and online platforms.

- Conduct property viewings, addressing clients' questions and concerns effectively.

- Maintain a strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.

- Should be flexible for work from office and also site visit as per demand

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 to 6 months of sales experience in any sector.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- PUC (Pre-University Course) qualification and above.

- Proficiency in at least two languages

- Basic understanding of real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for property viewings as needed.
