Relationship Officer - Sales - Gold Loan (1-3 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Owns responsibility for driving business/sales in assigned branch, to be in alignment with assigned targets.
2. Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience in Gold Loan facility of Banking.
3. Must have good knowledge of local market.
4. Must have Driving License and ready for sales.
5. Oversees portfolio build for branch to drive acquisition of good quality and balanced mix of accounts, reduce costs and ensure sustained profitability.
6. Establishes measures for the effective flow, timely follow-up & healthy closure rate of leads.
