Relationship Officer - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Axis Bank is hiring for Relationship Officer On the payroll of third party

Location : Pune, Goregaon, Aurangabad, Nasik, Kolhapur, Goa, Nagpur.
Job Profile :
- To drive Retail Lending business from Deep Geo branches & CSC / VLE agents
- Ensuring branch achieves >=100% of its Retail Lending target every month and achieve Self Sourcing target every month.
- Generate Leads by conducting activities both in the branch as well as in all attached villages, dealerships and other sourcing points as identified from time to time
- Work closely with Branch Head, other team members in the branch. ROs from other verticals & Deep Geo Circle Managers.
- Recruit fresh CSC agents from open market and complete on-boarding process.
- Ensure Proper Reporting, Attendance for Training - Review Meetings & Participation in CO / Circe / Cluster / branch level drives.
- Ensure leads and business is generated for all Retail Lending Products for the branch & also by all the CSC / VLE agents.
- To coordinate with ROs & SMs of all Retail Lending products and ensuring all leads are responded properly on time.
- To cross sell other products as announced by CO from time to time.
- Ensure that the customers sourced are aware of the status of their application at all times
Skills :
1 Field sales, selling of personal loan product.
2 New client acquisition.
3 Convincing customers for new products and maintaining relationship with clients.
4 Target based work.
5 Develop new relationship with new customer to increase business.
6 Responsible to attending walk in clients at branches.
7 Responsible for processing documentations of loans and other financial services.
Education : Graduates in any stream is must
Experience : 2 years of relevant experience
Remuneration :
1.68Lpa
Travelling Allowance Rs 1000/-
