- Communicating trading calls and investing ideas to customers.
- Achieve the given target of brokerage generation and cross selling
- Maintaining regular relations with clients.
- Should have a sound understanding of equity/currency/commodity market.
- Should possess strong networking & relationship-building skills.
- Acquisition of Demat / Trading account (Offline & Online).
- Up Selling third party products & wealth products - LI, HI, MF , PMS & AIF.
- Generating Leads by cold calling on Database & initiating open market sales activities.
- Achieving monthly targets & minimum margin amount target.
- Relationship Management with existing customers & Conduct lead generation activities.
- Building relationship with corporate and SME for conducting sales / customer acquisition activities.
- Generating Leads by cold calling on Database & initiating open market sales activities.
- Documenting records of all mapped customers portfolio & client visitors.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- End to End Customer relationship management.
- Designing & implementing a Strategic Sales plans that expands company's customer base.
- Safeguarding all systems are working fine and as per compliance.
