Relationship Officer - Sales - Bank (1-15 yrs)
A. Lead Generation :
- Generate Leads by conducting activities both in the branches as well as in all attached villages, dealerships and other sourcing points as identified from time to time
- Manage both the branch as well as attached sourcing points by visiting via a beat plan to ensure activation of all sourcing points
- Ensure branch activation and activation of all branch resources
B. Process Management :
- Work with Regional Deep Geo Managers to ensure that the required infrastructure is available for sourcing of loans at the branches
- Coordinate with the sales managers / ROs of the various products to ensure that the leads sourced may be fulfilled within the expected TAT
C. Customer Service :
- Ensure that the customers sourced are aware of the status of their application at all times
- Post on-boarding, ensure that service levels are high and evaluate opportunities to upsell / cross sell
D. Loan Fulfillment :
- For certain STP or DLP products, to complete the end to end journey including documentation
E. Competencies Required:
- Extensive outdoor marketing, customer service, lead generation.
