Relationship Officer - Branch Banking (2-7 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- To generate new and expand existing Branch Banking Customer relationship for liabilities.
- To Source new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel.
- To develop data base for lead generation, identifying market segments, strategize with acquisition channel.
- To Maintain Relationship follow up with client through telecalling, written correspondence and field visits to provide information of the bank's products and services and seek customer deposits.
- To build a long term personal relationship with clients.
- To Cross sell existing bank products to customers.
- To Inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
- To Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
- Should coordinate with other group of companies to provide Bank customers with seamless access to other group products.
- Should Record and respond to customer's complaints, questions, problems.
- To Ensures fast and quality turn-around time for responses.
- To Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
- To Track customer complaints and turnaround time to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
