Relationship Manager - Wealth Manager - Investment/Trading Product (2-15 yrs)
1. Building on AUMs by growing the investment book of the bank and ensuring a one stop platform for managing customer investments across all wealth products/platforms
2.Inculcating client risk profiling before reviewing client portfolios and making recommendations; and ensuring portfolio alignment/rebalancing basis the profile/needs of the customer
3. Building a focus towards investment cross sell among the RM population and building on investment penetration of HNI customers
4. Moving towards an advisory model on wealth products for HNI clients by offering products across platforms including alternate products such as PMS/PIA/AIF, structures etc.
5. Ensuring RM activation and focus on investment products and going on joint meetings to build volumes along with new to investment penetration of the portfolio
6. Training RMs and building their knowledge levels through training/workshops in coordination with product/AMC teams; holding daily meetings to impart knowledge on market movements
7. Ensuring 100% compliance of regulatory matters including EUIN & NISM within internal timelines.
