Relationship Manager - Wealth Management - BFS (10-18 yrs)
- Maximize profit and achievement of growth of the client's portfolio and meet agreed financial targets by development of existing and new relationships.
- Complete regular reviews with clients to understand their current and long term needs and advise them on the differentiated products and services that help achieve their wealth goals.
- Maintain a minimum standard of qualifying premier clients within portfolio as stated by the organization and ensure effective use of tools and information by the team to drive client service delivery.
- Build a high personal and corporate profile in the community in which you are based by developing a network of professional contacts with the aim of introducing new business, enhancing technical knowledge and promoting the organization's brand.
- Through disciplined portfolio management, develop strategies to increase wallet share of existing clients and actively manage a prospect pipeline for the team. Specific metrics include, but are not limited to Revenue, AUM, TRV, number of products sold to client, number of referrals, total balance of relationship portfolio.
- Maintain a deep understanding and technical knowledge of relevant products and services available from the organization's sources and elsewhere in order to provide the best solutions for clients and maximize revenues.
- Maintain highest standard of excellence in client service by ongoing analysis of client portfolios through marketing of ideas and researching clients. Monitor client satisfaction data implementing portfolio level improvements.
- Client experience and/or client satisfaction metric measured by client retention and increase in portfolio penetration with diversified product and service mix.
- Ensure sales and operations are undertaken in accordance with the organization's guidelines. Adhere to selling process and sales quality requirements at all times.
- Understand the legal responsibility to be vigilant for unusual activity and reporting of unusual activities and support any investigation by providing additional information when required.
- Understand the consequences of failing to attend or successfully complete training as mandated; request additional training that you deem necessary or appropriate to perform your job
