Relationship Manager - Wealth Management (12-20 yrs)

Summary:
The Preferred RM Head will be the primary face of our Preferred vertical, responsible for managing High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) client relationships. This role demands exceptional client service, wealth management expertise, and the ability to drive sales through advisory services across products like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Structured Products, and Bonds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Senior RMs.
- Ensure seamless induction for new team members and manage team attrition.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients with a minimum Assets Under Management (AUM) of - 1 crore and above.
- Maintain and deepen relationships by advising on financial portfolios and investment strategies.
- Conduct regular reviews of clients' portfolios and suggest adjustments based on market trends and client needs.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Plan and achieve both personal and team sales targets through Wealth Management products.
- Lead business development efforts by generating leads, scheduling meetings with prospects, and expanding the client base.
- Product Advisory & Compliance:
- Stay updated on financial market trends and available investment opportunities to offer timely advice to clients.
- Ensure compliance with financial planning standards, asset allocation, and sales processes.
- Manage delinquencies and maintain adherence to regulatory standards in client management.
- Workshops & Seminars - Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and other activities aimed at business development.
Pre-Requisites:
- 12-18 years of experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking, with at least 3-4 years in a team management role.
- A strong advisory approach to sales, with experience in handling Mutual Funds, PMS, Structured Products, and Bonds.
- Must have a stable career track record, with at least 3-4 years of tenure in the current organization.
- An existing network of client relationships and AUM, along with team client relationships.
