Relationship Manager - Telesales/Telemarketing - Corporate & Business Loan (0-2 yrs)
Candidate will be responsible for inside sales of Business and Corporate loans. Must be from an Inside sales background and have good knowledge of financial products and good in maths. He must have expertise in any of given language (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam) with English. Looking for 8 RMs (2 each for given 4 languages).
- Conversing the lead into potential customers over telephone
- Understanding and interest in financial / banking products and market
- Cold calling of leads
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Conversion of leads into potential business by explaining them of the products offered
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Maintaining MIS
- Coordinating with interested customers for collection of documents
- Develop Customer base and maintain existing customer relationships
- Deliver sales and Revenue targets
