Relationship Manager - telesales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- In charge of converting both inbound and outbound leads
- Charged with meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- The capacity to make at least 40- 50 calls per day.
- React to, manage, and address all inbound and outbound client inquiries.
- Provide information with customers to encourage them to fundraise on the site.
- Interact with customers in a variety of ways ( either via phone calls, email or chats)
- Create enduring connections with clients that go above and beyond for both the business and the customer.
- Adhere to SOPs and modify new procedures
- Working collaboratively with many teams, comprehending the procedure, and seamlessly fusing sales and customer service
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation - In any Stream
- Age - 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
