- Resolving client's complaints quickly and efficiently
- Building and maintaining a relationship with the client
- Doing upselling of the new product launched by toothsi
- Asking for reference from client
- Ask for Pre/post image once the treatment is over
- Asking for google review from the client
- Client engagement
- Monitoring photos (every 3 month)
