- Handling HNI Customer from Acquisition to servicing them
- Managing team of Platinum Relationship Managers and driving the acquisition and handling escalations
Industry Experience
a) Bank: Direct Sales person handling HNI Customers Only (HDFC/RBL/Citibank)
b) Insurance: Direct Sale person handling only VIP / HNI customers only
c) Aviation/Hospitality (Direct Customer facing profiles): Makemytrip, Tui Travels, Jet Airways, Go Air, 5 star Hotels
d) Automobile: Ultra-premium brands only (BMW, Audi, Porsche)
e) Telecom: telecom executives handling only international clients tap companies handling international customer.
