Job Description :

Position Overview :

The TASC (Trusts, Associations, Societies, and Clubs) Relationship Manager at IndusInd Bank plays a crucial role in managing relationships with institutional clients falling under the TASC segment. This role involves understanding the financial needs of TASC clients and offering customized banking solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with TASC clients, understanding their financial goals and providing appropriate banking solutions.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all banking-related queries and transactions for TASC clients.

2. Business Development :

- Identify potential TASC clients and develop strategies to acquire new business in the segment.

- Cross-sell banking products and services to existing TASC clients to deepen the relationship and maximize revenue.

3. Financial Advisory :

- Provide financial advisory services to TASC clients, including investment advice, cash management solutions, and credit facilities.

- Analyze the financial health of TASC clients and offer tailored solutions to address their specific needs.

4. Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while onboarding new TASC clients and executing transactions.

- Monitor the credit risk associated with TASC clients and take proactive measures to mitigate risk exposure.

5. Team Collaboration :

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as product teams, credit teams, and operations teams to deliver seamless banking services to TASC clients.

- Provide feedback to the product teams regarding the development of new products and services catering to the TASC segment.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, with a focus on handling TASC clients or corporate clients.

- Strong understanding of banking products and services, including current accounts, savings accounts, loans, and trade finance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management practices in the banking industry.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across different functions.
