Relationship Manager - Stock Exchange (4-8 yrs)
We have opening with Leading Exchange for Relationship Manager with all Metro Cities in India.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To drive the Business Development department in generating maximum business from the Stock Broking Firms, Corporate, Banks and Financial Institutions along with other business related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce and create market for Exchange products: New Membership, Currency Derivatives, Equity, Equity Derivatives, Cash, Futures & Options, Interest Rate Futures, Debt, and Exchange Traded Funds.
- To develop database, tap and build strong relationships with Stock Broking firms, Corporate & Financial Institutions through Direct Visits, Cold calling and Emailing for a mutually beneficial relation.
- Develop contacts with trade bodies and associations to attract SMEs on the platform.
- Coming up with strategies, explaining opportunities and encouraging members to enhance their participation.
- Develop sales pitch for members and related marketing collateral.
- Organize focused region wise events
- Creating prime image of Company and Products with comparison to other competitors in the market.
- Assess & track market share of the company's product offerings.
- Providing support to members in registration, enablement day to day trading, operation, compliance.
- Complaint Resolution - member's complaint regarding Trading operation, settlement, compliance to be resolved.
- Value added services - organizing seminars, trainings for Members, Investors and Dealers.
- To manage the internal database and other internal processes.
- Achieve sales targets for the year as specified by the top management
- Generate required MIS
Pre-requisites required:
- Management professional with 4+ years of experience in business development and in-depth knowledge of financial markets with existing relationships in the BFSI Sector.
- The incumbent should be a good team leader who can take the team along and ensure individual and team targets are achieved.
- With proven accomplishments in business development and should be able to induce responsiveness from the target clients.
- Sound articulating abilities and impeccable presentation skills.
- Skilled negotiator with ability to develop and maintain relationships with members.
- Ability to manage workload and at times conflicting priorities as well as tracking progress on a wide range of tasks.
- Self-starter with experience or capability to work in start-up environment.
- High level of commitment to work hard.
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- On the whole effective Business driver for the entire Exchange.
