Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager - Wealth Management/Sales - Bank (1-5 yrs)
Role : The primary role of the RM is:
- Client acquisition :
- Help investors meet their financial goals by developing new investment opportunities and strategies for clients, making presentations to potential customers and creating marketing and promotional programs
- Help clients make informed financial decisions and achieve long term financial security by analyzing a client's situation, goals and risk tolerance
Deliverables/Accountability :
He/She should :
- Should be able to generate his/her revenues as per their respective KRAs
- Should comply with the organizational norms & applicable guidelines/compliance
- Should be able to cross sell all the products: Mutual Funds, Equity & Commodities, Fixed Income products, Loan & Mortgages, PMS, IPOs, Insurance, Bonds, Real Estate
KRAs for the first six months :
- For procuring potential clients through networking, market analysis, references and database
- For selling all the financial products in our product basket (as mentioned below)
- For cross selling products and services to both new and existing HNI and ultra HNI clients, as per their requirement and suitability
- He should be able to generate a revenue of at the least one time his CTC, month on month, in the first three months of employment and thereafter a revenue of 1.5 times the CTC in the following months
