Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion:
- Proactively engage with leads generated through various channels, including but not limited to, digital marketing, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Present and explain insurance products effectively, addressing any concerns and objections to facilitate lead conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Insurance Policy Issuance:
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Keep clients informed about the status of their applications and provide timely updates throughout the issuance process.
Customer Service:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and policy-related questions promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction, identify additional needs, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and retention.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and other industry gatherings to expand the company's network and generate potential leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in converting leads into insurance policy issuance while providing exceptional customer service.
