Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager/Manager/Senior Manager/Portfolio Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-7 yrs)
Position: Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager / Financial Service Manager / Sr. Financial Service Manager / Portfolio Manager
Responsibility:
- Responsible for Calling & fixing an appointment with HNI / Super HNI Customers.
- Direct selling to the customers via appointments (Office / Home visits).
- Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
- Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the Company/Manager are attended and reverted within the TAT.
- Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS), Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
- Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on, gular basis.
- Customer Servicing & Educate the Customer about the company/ channel.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- 1 - 5 Year Experience in Direct Sales. Preferably from the Life Insurance Sector.
- Must be a Localite since the past 1 Years.
- Age: 21 Years - 35 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Presentation Skills are Required.
CTC: 2.75LPA - 4.50LPA (Negotiable) + Incentives (Performance Based, Can earn in lakhs per month) + Attractive Rewards.
