Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager - Education (1-7 yrs)
Role- Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager
Exp Required - Min 1 yr of exp in Direct Sales and 2 yrs of field sales exp
Location- Andheri, Mumbai
Compensation - 5 LPA- 5.5 LPA + Petrol allowance ( upto 3k-4k per month + 1 lac retention reward variable )
ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES ;-
1. Achieving stretched targets in a result focused environment.
2. Preparing pre sales proposals for prospective clients
3. Delivering inspiring sales presentation to convert prospects to successful sales.
4. Handling objections and resolving members/ customers conflicts by constantly connecting with them through member meetings.
5. Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities
REQUIREMENTS /SCREENING POINTS :-
1. Strong field sales exp ( ready to work for 6 days in a week ( week off between mon-thu no sat sun off )
2. Efective and great communication skills
3. Candidate should have min 1 yr+ exp.
4. Should be willing to do field sales job
5. Should have a two-wheeler vehicle and a driving license
6. Graduation is a must
7. Male candidate are only preferred
8. Should be local resident of Mumbai or should be staying in pune for 2 + yrs
