Company: Leading Financial Service Company, offering vehicle finance, home loans, home equity loans, SME loans, investment advisory services, stock broking and a variety of other financial services to customers.

Relationship Manager-Securities

Work Location: Visakhapatnam

Job Purpose:

Sales - responsible for addition of customers and achieving the income target.

Key Accountabilities:

To identify and acquire the customers

Maintaining the relationship with the customers

Retention of customers

To cross-sell the third party products

To ensure to reach the revenue target

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Acquiring new and prospective customers

Understanding the requirements of the prospect

Providing them with advices that helps them to sort out their problems in investment

Ensuring future business from those prospective customers in the long run

Maintaining cordial relationship with the existing clients

Understanding the current needs of the clients

Designing an investment option suitable to the clients

Solving at their investment problem and providing advisory services

Ensuring that the customers are satisfied and maintaining good relationship with them

Ability to generate large sales

To build cordial relationship with HNI clients

To build good network of prospective customers

To target on those clients willing to take up high speculative trading.

Experience: 3 + Years of experience in Securities

Education / Preferred Qualifications : Graduation

Should have competent knowledge in security market is preferred

Technical Competencies: NCFM certified in Capital markets

Work Relationships :

Good at team work

Ability to keep clients engaged through interaction with the immediate superior and research team

Maintaining harmonious relationship with peers, superiors, subordinates and clients

Cordial relationship with clients to help them in choosing an investment alternatives and ensuring long term relationship with them

Ability to take an initiative and drive the same

Ability to learn the best practices from peers, subordinates and superiors

Ability to implement processes

Good at reporting
