Relationship Manager - Sales - Supply Chain Finance - NBFC (5-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enable growth in SCF Business by identifying potential clients through self-sourcing, target market techniques, and referral networks.
- Responsible for deal origination, structuring, relationship building, sanctioning, and disbursements of SCF products to large/medium corporate clients having a turnover of more than - 500 crores.
- Understand clients' business models, payment cycles, vendor and sales management operations, and provide them with the right kind of structured SCF solution.
- Develop and manage relationships with CFOs/Treasury Heads of large corporations and explore financing opportunities with them concerning SCF business.
- Ensure growth in book size by extracting vendor databases from anchors, onboarding the suppliers, and increasing the utilization of limits.
- Work in coordination with various internal stakeholders such as Credit, Operations, CMOG, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and deliver quality customer service.
- Maintain portfolio hygiene and ensure overall portfolio health. Manage and service the existing portfolio of SCF clients, including renewal and enhancement of limits.
- Follow defined processes and improve upon them to optimize operations.
Skills and Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing/Finance.
- Min experience of 7 yrs
- Candidates should have experience in the banking/financing domain, preferably in SCF Business, and be eager to explore beyond traditional banking and enter the new-age financial market.
- Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good financial knowledge with an understanding of balance sheets and P&L statements.
- Exposure to digital B2B lending.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Networking and influencing abilities.
- Analytical mindset and ability to handle stressful situations with ease
