The Role :
- Be an ambassador for the product and the company for customer facing activities;
- work with the customer delivery team to ensure proper execution of closed deals, along with proper documentation
- End to end handling of customer queries i.e. onboarding/disbursement/ongoing servicing
- Responsible for increase in AUM and fees
- Business encompasses financing both ends of large corporate relationships viz. distributors as well as vendors through supply chain finance
- Responsible for increasing supply chain finance portfolio along with active utilisation from all existing customers accounts of the territory
- Perform preliminary credit assessment and suitability of credit arrangement
- Preparation of daily and monthly MIS and reconciliation
The Ideal Candidate :
- Good understanding of balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow statements
- Strong leadership skills & relationship management
- Strong negotiating skills
- Ability to negotiate well on interest rate and Processing Fees
- A strong communicator with a clear and concise presentation style
- Have working knowledge of MS office especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Able to handle work pressure, work within the set timelines and update on a weekly basis
