About the job and its main Role and Responsibilities :
- To promote and sell Honeywell SCS solution and generate targeted revenue.
- Proven expertise in maintaining and expanding customer base.
- To identify potential partners and sign up with them for specified business commitments.
- Empanel in large accounts and create RC's
- Schedule certification programs for such signed partners and co-ordinate with training manager for certified training programs.
- To establish and maintains client and partner relationships.
- To look out for high-value projects and collaborate with Product manager and SBU head to prescribe the brand and interlock the opportunity.
- To develop strategies for converting these connections into productive and profitable relationships with Business Head.
- Researching and analyzing the market.

Authorities :
- Authorised to take care of sales activities for structured cabling in given area.
- End to end client management, provide all necessary support.
- Respond to inquiries and timely closure.
- Funnel mapping and management.
Preferred Skills, education and Experience :
- Be an effective communicator
- Good negotiate deals, and forecast sales.
- Should possess good negotiation skills, and the ability to develop new leads.
- Graduate / MBA (preferred)
- 15 to 18 years' experience in Corporate Sales in the field of Structured Cabling, Passive Networking, IT Industry, or similar industry.
