Job Title - Relationship Manager
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Relationship Manager to manage our premium customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and addressing their unique needs and concerns.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with premium customers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for premium clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
Customer Service :
- Provide personalized and high-quality service to premium customers.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure premium clients receive consistent and exceptional service.
Sales & Business Development :
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell real estate and mortgage products to premium customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain premium customers.
Market Knowledge :
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide clients with market insights and advice based on current real estate and mortgage trends.
Documentation & Compliance :
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately documented and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Assist clients with the completion of necessary documentation and paperwork.
Team Collaboration :
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to client management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer relationship strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in the real estate or mortgage industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate and mortgage products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with high-value clients.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
