- Communicate a clear, strategic sales vision, effectively training and coaching both veteran and junior sales team members.
- Cultivate excellent relationships with new prospects and existing customers.
- Able to turn around lagging operations and prepare companies for fast growth and profitability
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Handling a Team of Sales Executives, CRM & Tele Marketing executives.
- Solicits new and existing clients in order to meet sales expectations
- Ensure Client satisfaction with thorough follow up.
- Heading Help Desk to slove the customer issues.
- Responsible for Stage demands & payments in Time.
- Head responsibility to exceed business objectives, customer service satisfaction and account profitability.
- Support team staff adequately to accomplish service needs of client.
- Overall planning and execution of key marketing programs including:
- Trade shows, promotions & events.
- Email issue resolution and respond promptly to Clients.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Meeting Heads in corporate companies to establish rapport and drive business.
- Competition Analysis to align sales strategies accordingly.
- Meeting Channel Partners to generate new business.
- Responsible for corporate Activities and Activity sales.
- Extensive relationship management with the internal employees and clients for long term revenues and new business.
- Collecting HNI & NRI database for the new business from leading Banks & Hi-end Car Showrooms.
- Ensuring the timely updating of the database and the property management.
- Calling and meeting current and prospective clients on a daily basis.
- Communicating, maintaining & developing client relationship.
- Strong emphasis on training to maintain client relationship and promoting and cultivating potential clients.
- Proactive analysis of the satisfaction levels of the clients through regular follow ups.
- Meeting corporate clients & Travel Agents to develop sales.
- In charge of TMCs Sales for Go air& their Service in Bangalore.
- Develop and implement business development, sales, marketing and PR strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing accounts.
- Collecting information on the competition.
- Identifying new clients for the chain out of Bangalore
- Entering into corporate agreements & signing the Deals.
- Act as Liaison between the corporate client and the Corporate Office.
- Maintaining the database of the corporate clients & monitoring their Flown Revenue
- Responsible for Corporate & Group Sales
- Giving Activity wise leads feedback to the marketing and helping them to do the right Activity.
- Sending daily & weekly Reports to Branch Head & Marketing
- Driving and Monitoring Telesales & Business Development Operations.
- Auditing sales calls to ensure quality management.
- Manages relations with marketing team to ensure enough leads and leads through references
- Responsible for achieving Tours targets in Holiday world.
- Handling online Business enquires.
- Innovates and creates reward programs for the sales and Sales team to keep them motivated.
- Define the training drill, content and ensure delivery.
