Relationship Manager - Sales - Real Estate (3-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Mentoring:
- Guide and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Provide training and mentoring to improve performance and skills.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment. Sales Management:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and sales metrics.
- Drive results in selling residential plots, villas, apartments, and farm plots.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored property solutions.
- Manage customer queries and provide top-notch post-sales support. Reporting &
Feedback:
- Track team progress and present reports to management.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, including plots, villas, and apartments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience with a track record of team success.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
