Relationship Manager - Sales - Real Estate (2-4 yrs)
2+ years of experience in B2C sales.
- Real estate direct sales
- Candidate should have zeal for sales and target orientation with good interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Follow-up on existing customer for offers made, agreements/contracts preparation, documentation, payment schedule.
- Explain products, services, pricing and answer queries and overcome objections from customers.
- Revenue Generation from sales and Marketing.
- Lead Generation, Doing site visits with client, converting him into sales and closure.
- Drive post sales activity.
- Liaise with accounts on payments/outstanding.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide management feedback information on new relationships in order to meet the business objectives.
