Role Responsibilities :
- Must be willing to travel within the city excellent communication and negotiation skills.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY :
- Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business opportunities.
- Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects.
- Plan approaches and pitches
- Build relationships with new clients.
- In some cases, Cold calling for sales of Primary properties.
- Achieving written down sales targets by the organization.
- Attending Developer meetings & Channel partner orientations as and when required.
- Participate in Negotiation meeting with buyer & Seller.
Requirements :
1. Graduate & above
2. Must have two wheeler with Valid Driving license. Should believe in riding with safety (Helmet, Law abiding, etc.).
3. 1 to 4 years of Sales Experience in Any Sector
4. Interview Round 1: Zoom call. Interview Round 2: Physical Meeting
- Industry Preference : Real Estate, Holiday Package Sales, Banking & Insurance. Not from BPO/ Call-centres.
- Must be willing to travel within the city
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Persuasive with Marketing and Sales skills
- Customer Service orientation
- High levels of Passion and Ownership
- Result driven individual
Working Days : 6 Days (Weekly off's will be on Tuesday)
Compensation : Salary Range is Rs. 3 - 5 Lakhs per annum
- This excludes Travel Reimbursement of Rs. 5,000 Per month (Max) as per Co. policy
- This excludes Insurance, Gratuity, etc. as per Co. policy
- This excludes Telephone reimbursement of Rs. 600 per month (Max)
- This also excludes Performance Linked Incentives, as per Company's policy
Sourcing Guideline :
Important for Sourcing:
1. Industry Preference : Real Estate (Developers/Broking firms/Builders etc.),
- Holiday Package Sales (Eg. Mahindra Holidays, etc.), Banks, Insurance companies. Not from BPO/Call centres.
2. Very Important: - regarding Availaibility of candidates
- Candidates Must be available for Interview meeting (within 1 day of proposal)
- Joining in max 7 days
- Female candidates preferred (but Not mandatory)
- Fixed Recruitment fee- (Total count of Candidate's who complete Guarantee period of 60 days)
- Up to 3 hires: Rs. 14,000 + GST per hire
- 4 and above : Rs. 15,000 + GST per hire
