We are hiring for Relationship Manager.
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Connecting clients on a daily basis and briefing them about the properties ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.
- Generating 2 meeting Prospects (Average) on a daily basis.
- Constant follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clients for Site Visits.
- Building Client relationships, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
- Visit Sites as per the plan set with Clients and escort them throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc. -are briefed properly.
- Revenue Generation aligned with the achievement of Monthly Targets.
- Leads Hygiene providing proper feedback on leads assigned.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Real Estate Consulting, Corporate Real Estate / Facilities Management or Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- Experience within Residential Real Estate, Retail Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
