We are seeking a client-focused Real Estate Relationship Manager to join our team onsite. This role will involve engaging with walk-in clients, conducting property tours, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive successful property sales or leases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Greet and engage clients with a friendly, professional approach, understanding their needs.

- Property Tours: Conduct in-depth property showings, highlighting features that match client preferences.

- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.

- Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and texts to address questions and provide updates.

- Needs Assessment: Offer tailored property recommendations based on client needs.

- Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth transitions from inquiry to contract signing.

- Client Retention: Resolve post-visit issues and ensure a positive client experience to foster repeat business and referrals.

- Event Coordination: Assist with organizing property events and private viewings.

- Property Knowledge: Stay updated on property details, market trends, and competitive properties to offer valuable insights.

- Customer Service Excellence: Address client concerns swiftly while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer service (real estate experience required).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and general technology tools.

- Professional appearance and demeanor.
