Leading real estate advisory firm requires Relationship Manager- Hyderabad( Chandhanagar, Kukatpally and Kompally.)

One of our client india's leading real estate company head-quaterred in Hyderabad and ONE STOP Real Estate Sales and Advisory firm operating in Hyderabad. we only work as an Exclusive Sales Partner for our Developers and give then end to end service, starting from Lead Generation to Client Handling, Sales, Home Loans Processing, Collections, Registration and Handover of Units. We are looking out for Relationship Manager for the Chandhanagar, Kukatpally and Kompally location in Hyderabad.

The JD is as follows -

Direct Sales : Relationship Manager - Real Estate

Location : Hyderabad- Chandhanagar, Kukatpally and Kompally.

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience Required : Real Estate Experience Preferred

Key Responsibilities :

Client Interaction & Sales :

- Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs.

- Convince and encourage clients to visit the property sites.

- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the properties.

- Effectively handle negotiations, ensuring a favorable outcome for both clients and the company.

Market Analysis :

- Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and competition.

- Provide clients with insights into the real estate market, helping them make informed decisions.

Client Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Handle client inquiries and follow up with potential leads.

Communication :

- Exhibit strong communication skills in both Telugu and English.

- Present and explain real estate products to clients in a clear and convincing manner.

Other Requirements :

- The candidate must possess a two-wheeler for commuting purposes.

Qualifications :

- Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred.

- Strong understanding of market analysis and property value assessment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in Telugu and English.

- Proactive, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
