We are hiring Relationship Manager for a leading real estate firm.
The Job description :
- Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization
- Visiting potential clients & arranging customer visits at project sites
- Respond to clients queries on time
- Generating maximum revenue by making maximum sales with optimum utilization of resources
- Ability to handle corporate presentations, documents, proposals and taking care of expectations of the clients
- Should maintain professional relationship with clients by Phone, emails & personal contact by providing support, information and guidance
- Quality service Assurance
- Database management of business Updates
- Managing and administering all real estate matters on behalf of the Company in order to provide employees with workspaces that foster a strong culture while optimising costs.
- All aspects of lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.
- Establishing strong best practies and SOPs and overseeing all aspects of facilities management.
- Sourcing and managing outsourced service providers to ensure maintenance is carried out in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ensuring all facilities meet health and safety standards and comply with regulations.
Ideal Candidate Requirements :
- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Corporate Real Estate/Facilities Management role.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- Expertise in Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate would be highly valuable.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
