Relationship Manager - Sales - PropTech Portal (0-3 yrs)

Looking for Relationship Managers
Responsibilities :
- Handle interested enquiries received from portals
- Call clients and understand their requirements
- Schedule Face-to-Face Meeting and propose suitable list of properties
- Follow-up with the clients for site visit; schedule and accompany
- Convince clients on their preferred property and work on Sales Closure
- Check for possible references from clients
- Handling Home buyers Enquiries, Face to Face Meetings, Site visits and Closing Transactions
NOT looking for Candidates from the Real-estate or Construction industry
Location: MG Road, Bangalore
Additional Information :
This is a WALK-IN DRIVE.
Experience : 0-2 Yrs in Field Sales, Any Industry (Freshers: with good communications skills in English and must be interested in field sales)
Education : Any Degree/10+2
Mandatory :
- Two-wheeler and Driving license is a must
- NOT LOOKING for candidates having prior Real Estate / Construction experience
- Work Timings : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Weekly Day-off is usually Monday or Tuesday
