Relationship Manager - Sales - Personal Loan (1-5 yrs)
Desired Candidate Profile :
- The candidate will be responsible for Vehicle loan sales
- Candidate must have experience in Commercial Vehicle Loan sales or Personal Loan Field sales only
- Fluent Kannada skills
- Should have Bike/Scooter
Age Limit : 24-35- Male
Experience :
- 1-5 Year(s) of experience as Sales/Business Development in Banking/Financial Services/Insurance mandatory
- Experience in Personal Loan sales max salary will be 3 LPA
- Experience in Commercial loan sales max salary will be 3.5 LPA
Responsibilities :
- Representative of the company to the customer at your Location
- Executes company's objectives and plans
- Acquire and retain customers
- Developing customer and market share of your Location
- Mobilizing Business in the defined area to achieve the given target
- Applying credit norms in customer selection/Screening for ensuring quality
- Ensure Collection of pre & post-sanction Documents from customers as per norms
- Collecting receivables as per the laid norms
- Servicing the customers till the end of the contract and maintain cordial relations for future business
- Collecting and passing on customers, market, and Competitors' feedback /information.
- Forwarding daily business & collecting Information & updating the system, MIS, etc
- Comply with the process norms and procedures set out for better productivity.
