Relationship Manager - Sales - NRI Vertical - Banking (3-7 yrs)
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of NRI clients across the assigned region.
- Build strong relationships and offer tailor-made financial solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Business Development & Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales of NRI banking products, including NRE/NRO accounts, remittances, deposits, investments, insurance, and wealth solutions.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for wealth management and investment products.
- Achieve financial targets, including revenue, CASA growth, and fee-based income.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and KYC/AML regulations.
- Maintain documentation and compliance standards for NRI accounts and transactions.
- Monitor market trends and provide financial insights to clients.
Market Intelligence & Networking:
- Develop a strong network with NRI communities, referral partners, and local influencers.
- Conduct client events, webinars, and engagement programs to expand business reach.
- Stay updated on international taxation, forex regulations, and investment opportunities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-7 years in NRI Banking, Wealth Management, or Relationship Management.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of NRI products (NRE/NRO accounts, FCNR, investment solutions, remittances).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of global investment trends, forex, and taxation.
- Ability to acquire and manage high-net-worth NRI clients.
