Responsibilities :

- Responsible for developing sales in the assigned markets

- Responsible to achieve the given Branch sales targets

- Maintain the given TAT for completing the deals

- Develop deep customer engagement and grow Svakarma's presence in the market

- To ensure high standard quality of the portfolio

Skills & Qualification :

- Decent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Local language will be an advantage

- A team player who can manage efficiently in a changing environment

- Education Level University graduate in related disciplines or equivalent is desirable.

- Thorough knowledge of local market in Business loan

- Sales skills, Perseverance, Patience, Positive attitude, Eager to learn, Problem solving ability, Adaptable, Ethical, Attention to detail, etc.

Experience :

- Rm : 3-5  years

- NBFC experience is mandatory

- Business loan experience is also mandatory

- Secured loan experience preferred
