Relationship Manager - Sales - Mutual Fund (1-15 yrs)
Job Title : Relationship Manager
Location : Delhi
Responsibilities :
- Promote all products within the Mutual Fund line to both Retail and High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients.
- Upsell Mutual Fund products, tailoring offerings to suit individual client needs.
- Generate fresh leads and expand clientele through referrals, bolstering the client base.
- Meet sales and revenue targets across product range, enhancing client relationships and elevating their net worth.
- Profile clients to provide customized investment plans and financial advice, particularly to HNI clients.
- Ensure the highest level of service delivery to clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients, managing all their needs effectively.
- Execute monthly sales plans to acquire HNI/UHNI clients, maintaining regular communication through weekly/monthly calls.
Qualification & Experience :
- Graduate/Post Graduate
Mandatory certification : NISM Certified
